Wouldn't you like to be up to watch the sun come up over Lake Cootharaba? Then hop into your kayak or canoe, or walk from Elanda Point, or hitch a ride with a local, and take your breakfast makings to the Kinaba Information Centre, and share a meal on the deck.
It's a great place for a swim, or read the maps and information in the visitor centre. It's an easy paddle from there to The Everglades, Upper Noosa River and Harry's Hut and on further to the Sandpatch and a bushwalk.
Then back across the Lake in the afternoon.
