Getting started: Induction
To become a National Parks volunteer, participants must complete an induction form and undertake an orientation at the Kinaba Information Centre.
Current volunteer opportunities
There are currently many opportunities to help keep the historic Kinaba structure looking its best and structurally sound, including:
- General maintenance: Sanding, painting, removing rust with wire brushes, and cleaning walls or ceilings.
- Skilled trades: Certified tradespeople to act as supervisors and to scope projects and manage tasks.
Getting to Kinaba
Transport to Kinaba is arranged in advance for participants attending working bees.
